Does Airbnmeta require insurance?
Yes. Active vendors are required to maintain appropriate General Liability Insurance. Workers’ Compensation is required when applicable by law or client requirements based on your business structure and trade.
Do I need a contractor or trade license?
If licensing is required by North Carolina or South Carolina state/municipal law for the specific work you perform (such as Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, or General Contracting exceeding statutory thresholds), applicable licenses must be active and maintained.
Does Airbnmeta always select the lowest estimate?
No. Airbnmeta evaluates total value. This includes quality of workmanship, punctuality, communication, responsiveness, warranties, and fair market pricing.

Yes! We partner with qualified independent technicians, family-owned contractors, and larger multi-crew service companies alike.
